Release and Indemnity:
By making payment for the booking, the guest(s) acknowledge and accept that they use the stairway, ladders, and mezzanine areas at their own risk and agree not to make any claim against Castellorizon Pensione in relation to any injury, loss, or damage suffered in connection with such use. Guests further agree to indemnify and hold Castellorizon Pensione harmless from any claims arising out of or in connection with their use of these areas, to the fullest extent permitted by law.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
